This is totally normal when prescribed or abusing opiates or because of any other type of constipation. The seminal fluid that comes out while shitting is caused by a large mass of feces rubbing up against the prostate and "stimulating" it as it passes by. Also could be the pressure of the feces against the prostate being relieved if you have been holding a large mass in there for a while.

Either way, i know for a fact that this is what you people are describing. There was a thread about this a while back. I don't think frequency of sex or masturbation has anything to do with it because prostoral stimulation can cause an orgasm by itself.
 
^Thanks for clearing that up. ...So it is prostate stimulation actually, not the body reacting to not having an orgasm for an extended period. That makes more sense.

I got a script to subutex today to ease transition from methadone to bupe. Last time I made that switch I needed only wait 30 hours after 130mg of methadone without problem. I guess my metabolism is super fast.

Yes, this is very normal...and the prostate being stimulated is the reason. Happens to me even before any drugs taking. I also remember the 1st time my dad explained to me what prostate meant, and how he had to go to the Doc to get it checked, and he also told me how "that liquid" came out of him and taken for analysis! I always appreciated those early talks, as without them at 15 years of age, i would have never known such useful biology info (before the internet =D )

@CaseFace: Gel capsules for what? Kratom?

And yes, Gel caps for Kratom. I just got back from The Vitamin Shoppe and luckily they had some. Only 0 size though. Anybody know how many of these about 6 grams of kratom is?
 
Anyone kno of a good sub clinic in the wv/pa area? there r quite a few n the pitt area, but my girl and myself r only interested in subutex, not suboxone. R there strictly subutex clinics? any advice on how to go about getting subutex instead of suboxone?

Why do you only want subutex?

If its because you want to IV them, don't worry. Suboxone is absolutely IVable. The naloxone in them that supposedly stops this from happening is a myth. The naloxone doesn't do shit.
 
^Regarding the number of 0 caps, ask Cane to get sure answer... I figured it out for him a few months back and I seem to remember coming up with like 18 or so, but I don't remember the exact amount... Eighteen is pretty damn close, though... if you pack your caps tightly, that is!

You're confusing me here....The kratom came in the mail right? now you want the gel from the pharmacy for...? :\
 
^It's so he can put the kratom in gel caps... Makes dosing kratom much easier.

I only got 30 Suboxone once, every other time, it was Subutex, i got the Reckitt, the Roxane and finally the Teva, i even cross the borders from Canada to come get Subutex from the US, as in Canada, Subutex is only given individually and by the government. But, i don't shoot and only lately from on here, i learned to sniff my doses. Something i can't really seem to grasp made me like the Subutex more and made me stick to it. Maybe it's the sweet orange color of the Suboxone, maybe it's more complex than just a color, all i know is im for the Subutex 100 %, aren't we all different :)

Yup it was 18, he PMed me back. Each 0 gel cap is .333. Now that i know how much roughly 6 grams looks like i think i only took 2-3 grams last night when i was spooning it into my mouth. So i guess ill see how much 18 tightly packed caps effects me. Though i ate 6, then about 15-20mins later i ate another 6, then cane pmed back back and i ate another 6 15-20 minutes later after that. Will it still have worked correctly if i dosed it apart like this?


GAH i guess move this over to the kratom thread if you see fit, i don't wanna derail this thread to far off the tracks. Though it is sort of relevant since im doing this for suboxone withdrawal. I don't care either way, im not one of those people who gets offended by having their posts moved.

I don't feel any + effects yet but i have leveled out at baseline. Been less then 15 mins since i took the last 6 caps and less then an hour since the original 6 though so ll report back.
 
yeah, i say keep it here and let us know. i am about to do the same thing soon - jump from sub to kratom
 
So far i feel a bit better then i would feel if i had just taken my .5mg dose of suboxone. If every day is as smooth as this I couldn't ask for a smoother transition. Of course tomorrow will be the real test.
 
^You'll feel even better once you take it all at once! ;)

IME, the only difference will be that you'll withdraw between doses after the bupe is totally out of your system. You should still get pretty much the same effects from the kratom; you'll just have to deal with the short duration and be ready to dose again as soon as the kratom wears off.
 
Sounds good to me. on a scale from -10 to 10 im feeling about a 2. With gabapentin and clonidine to dose in between the kratom i think it wont be too bad at all.
