Bupe Suboxone and Klonopin

A friend of mine who does not have a bluelight account has taken 10 mgs of klonopin (no tolerance but over a span of 6 hours approx.) and two lines of Suboxone (big tolerance for IV dope). He is kind of freaking out complaining of antsiness and just overall weird feeling. how at risk would you say he is to OD? Should he go to the hospital or is that not necessarily. I know it's all speculation but if anyone has been in a similar situation it would help out a lot to calm him down. thanks in advance.
 
We cannot answer that. What does two lines of suboxone mean? How many mg? 10mg of klonopin is a huge amount with no tolerance, but if he isn't shooting dope he is probably going to be fine.. If he is able to stay awake and breathe on his own and act coherent, he is probably ok. The antsy-ness could be from still being in withdrawal from dope, it could be from doing suboxone too soon after doing dope, it could be a paradoxical reaction from the klonopin..

Unfortunately we aren't doctors and cannot accurately assess your friend. If he is exhibiting the classic signs of near over-dose then I would suggest bringing him to the hospital. Although with suboxone overdoses, they are extremely tough to treat.
