Opioids Suboxone 10mg/16mg day 1 and 2 then no opiates for 24h can i start oxy IV again?

only took it twice for work issues now im back at home with my 20 ir's can i bang a few and feel the effects?
only took sub 2x's for 10 and 16mg strong dose but felt normal?

You should wait at least 24 hours. Bupe has a very strong binding affinity, and it's also a potent opioid in itself. You will most likely waist the oxycodone.

Next time, try taking smaller dosages of suboxone (4mg should be enough to hold you)
 
Buprenorphine has a mean half of of 37 hours (though it is quite variable) according to wikipedia. Without mentioning the ROA you used to administer the bupe it is not possible to come up with anything close to an accurate current level and this is compounded by the variability in your own personal metabolism. Regardless those were ridiculously huge doses and even taking low end estimates you probably still have enough in your system for a pretty effective blockade. You can try and inject the "oxy" (whether you mean oxycodone, oxymorphone, oxygen, or Occidental Petroleum I don't know), but if it is an mu-opioid agonist you will likely experienced diminished effects.

Then again you might experience full effects so in no way should you assume you will be safe taking more than a regular dose.
 
Yes buprenorphine's blocking capabilities have always shocked me. I've shot 3 bags 24 hours after my regular (at the time 16mg dose) and not felt a thing. Other times I've shot one bag, three hours after my suboxone and it's like I never took sub to begin with. Either way, the likeliness is that you will experienced diminished effects.
