so heres the Predicament of the hour, I was gettin a bit antsy and stuffs and alls.. so's I goes an order some tramadol I does. and well wouldn't ya know it, no sooner as I put my order in to the medicine men. does the good ol suboxone fairy show up and bless me with 2 8 mg sub samiches. so me being the ever so cautious spellunker that I be. I have a bottle of Tremerdales and a couple of subes. is there any interaction amongst these two highly esteemed medications? or could I take both together to maximise whatever enjoyable effect may be there to have from these here guys. Hows a bout that ol seizure risk from the Tremolos? is that compounded from the Shubs? let a g like B know the deal
thankee kind sirs and maam's

Peacearooni duke!

whats the deal cuzzo's? for real man, I seen several threads open and get responses since I've opened this one, that shit needs to stop right there. cmon now, get on in here and drop some knowledge on me, shiiit, we on the Internet ya know.... if we was in person I could ask a question or start a convo and get an answer in 2 minutes, but cause we on line mufuckas wanna pick an choose what they wanna answer well thats all good,..... BUT when it's my question not getting answered and others are, well thats just not gonna work. so come on now, lay some info on me please

cool, Thank you K'd out, for being a good guy and responding even after my silly posturing above. your a good sport, I was half expecting someone to respond with a fuck you and no answer, but you came through with a good answer and was polite despite my shitty attitude, I tip my hat to you sir!
peace
B

it gets said all the time and im not correcting anyone or anything, but just have to add,

Seizures from tramadol can happen at lower dosages for people prone to seizures, certain medications can make you prone to seizures and apparently Opiate withdrawal and or the side effects of Opiate addiction can in some situations increase the chance of seizures from tramadol, it most likely wont happen to you, but it is something to be aware off,
400mg is the absolute maximum one should be taking in a 24hour period! !
seizures have been reported with doses as low as 50mg !

I feel you brotha, for the last year I had recently been taking up to 20 tramadol a day. I quit about a month and a half ago, but broke down and ordered some more, and before it got here some subs fell in my hand. so far I've just been snawtin on a sub and havent touched the tram. but I was considering it.

I don't get why using Tramadol and Buprenorphine together doesn't cause precip. withdrawals, but apparently it doesn't... Weirdness on a stick :\

And B? Could you please just edit your threads so they're included in a few instead of loads?
That's what the edit button's for mate.

I keep responding according to the amount of time that passes by where I feel others should have responded in, after so much time where my posts are ignored then my responses build up quite a bit. need less posts in my thread? then I need quicker responses to said thread

Nothin special but sill fun

I was on four mg suboxone and 50 mg of zoloft daily for a month at the time of my experience with tramoxone. Hadn't ever done tram before but thought that 200mg should be a good dose. Obtained 800 mg tram (16 50mg pills). Took suboxone dose at 2:00pm. Was feeling good from sub but definitely not high, maybe slightly buzzed. Took 600 mg tram over the next three or four hrs. Finally felt pretty high after eleventh pill (then took twelfth for good measure). Comparable to 30mg oxycodone orally no tolerance. Passed out for an hour and a half, 90min after taking last tramadol. Woke up sober, which was great since it was time for me to go to my drug addiction counselor. Good experience, but I took 600mg tramadol. A high enough dose of ANY opiate should be able to blast thru 4 mg sub so it really wasn't anything special. Took the remaining 200mg the next morning and didn't feel it.
Woohoo! First post!

thanks Bman, thats a pretty good example of what I was looking for, so there is a pretty good synergy between the two huh

My cousins wife was on 4 mg daily of suboxone. She had a tooth pulled and the dentist prescribed her vicodan. She already knew that tramadol would be the only pain drug that would help, since she was on suboxone. So she asked the dentist to cancel the hydro script and give her tramadol instead. The dentist said no, but that he would prescribe darvocet instead. Really shocked me that he would not exchange a scheduled drug for a non scheduled drug!

Anyway, yes, the synergy between the two is excellent!

Good experience, but I took 600mg tramadol.

Please be careful - 400mg is the limit because after that the chance of experiencing a seizure is quite high.
I do know people who have taken more than 400mg but I really wouldn't suggest it :\

Edgewise - That really does suck! Rather stupid infact. I don't think dentists are the most informed of people who can dish out painkillers :|

or maybe in this case he was kinda informed as he knew just how addictive Tremolos are, but to give hydrocodone while knowing the patient is on suboxone is really dumb

I doubt the doctor was worried about addiction since it was just one script. For a tooth pulled she wouldn't be getting anymore than one script either. I believe its more common practice to prescribe propoxyphene for dental pain than it is Tramadol. My father and some other people I've known through the years were prescribed Darvocet as well for dental surgery. Either that or Hydrocodone. I've also read some people on BL that were also prescribed it for removal of wisdom teeth. I was first offered Darvocet for my wisdom teeth before they were pulled but after rejecting it I was given Vicoprofen. (Ibuprofen + Hydrocodone).

they pulled one of my teeth a few months ago, and gave me tylonol 3, I was like WHAT!? I called back and told them it wasn't working and was still in pain, The dentist then proceeded to tell me that he COULDN"T prescribe me anything stronger. I called him a fucking liar and reported him to the state association of dentistry, fuckin prick

Did you really call the association of dentistry? I would think that would just be a waste of time and they would ignore it anyway.

Also guys, calm down. Like bpayne said, if you don't want to read his posts then don't. No reason to make an entire post just flaming him.

yeah I did it, cause it pissed me off, he could've just as easily had said, I don't Want to prescribe you another med. but instead he said he Couldn't as if by law he wasn't able to give me anything stronger than T3, when we all damn well know mostly people get hydrocodone. so for lying I damn sure did call the AOD, and lodged a complaint against him and his practice, probably was a waste of time, but it sure made me feel better

Yeah, most people get hydrocodone.
