History
Poly-addict beginning in 2015 with xans, adderall, and oxy - by 2023 I was a daily meth/fetty user. Managed to detox in May 2025 and transitioned to suboxone 6 mg per day under physician supervision. Stayed on subs 6mg/day until December 2025 when I received a one-and-done 100mg sublocade injection.
Past 6 months
The injection worked well - I felt stability immediately after the injection and managed to not supplement the shot with strips during the past 6 months. However, in the past 2-3 weeks I have been having frequent diarrhea and stomach cramps and low intensity restless body/legs (3/10).
Also experiencing some intermittent bouts of depression/anxiety but nothing debilitating.
Medication/Supplements
I'm currently taking magnesium and prescribed 0.1 mg clonidine to sleep but the symptoms I described above have been waking me up after 4-5 hours.
Anyone with sublocade experience - is this par for the course? I've read sublocade can take months and possible over a year to completely leave your system but I was expecting to be back to normal by 6 months considering I did one 100mg injection.
