Hey guys, I know there is a bupe megathread but i figured this was more basic drug discussion. Here is my question for the past four days i have take 1.5 - 2 mg of suboxone each day at the exact same time, i dont feel it at all any more it has been 27 hours since i last took it and i have some 10mg percs.... heres my question- is it safe for me to take the percs even though its not been a full 36 hours and will i feel it, my buddy who takes 8mg subs all the time said he felt them ( the percs) yesterday after only 20 hrs, thats alot more sub than ive ever taken and he was fine... What do yall think??

Personally, I would wait. Because you've been taking the bupe for a few days consecutively, I'd wait longer to take the percs. Just so you stand a better chance of feeling them 'completely.' I mean, I'm not saying you wouldn't feel them now, you just might be disappointed.


IE: If you can wait longer to take them, I would...
 
I mean i can, i just wanted to get a buzz and have a few, more than i need... So just wanted to feel something
 
i waited three days after my last 8 mg dose and took 5 lortab tens and nothing happened to me. so i waited till the next day and took five more lortab tens and still nothing. i was pissed. so needless to say i think i personally have to wait four to five days after taking suboxone to take any other opiate
 
But, how long were you previously taking the subs? Because it'll build up in your system, and with the long half-life, it'll take a bit longer to feel any other substances. Unless you're doing heroic doses...

i probably did 4 8 mg in about a week so you could be right. maybe it was built up in my system...
