A lot of people forsake the sublingual (under the tongue) as an inefficient way to achieve optimum blood levels. Unless of course it's Suboxene or even better, Subutex. If you're like me, I refuse to take oral medications within a minimum wait of 2 hours after eating, especially if it was a full meal with a lot of red meat. There is a line of products out there, mouthwash, tooth paste, a spray, and an oral get designed specifically to combat dry mouth. It's the Biotene line of products. The product I find interesting and helpful to sublingual administration of drugs is the oral gel. It's not cheap(none of the products are compared to popular and their generic equivalents). The products contain natural enzymes found in saliva and also promotes natural saliva production. Their website goes way into greater detail, bit I've found putting a pea sized amount of this get under one's tongue about 30 minutes ahead of time really expedites the dissolving and absorption of said medication. It's a about $9 a tube at Walgreens and should last quite a while as a very little goes a long way. So if there's medicine out there you like to use in this manner, a $9 tube should be a no-brainer.

this isn't really the right forum for this sort of post. and it comes across as sort of spammy, so i don't feel comfortable sending it to another forum.
