Sublime@home

Heya, i'm a sublime virgin, hoping some of you can enlighten me what sublime is all about.
I went once to sublime, but to elevation, when I was a youngen. Got rather overdresed for that, some woman working there was asking my friends why i was wearing such expensive clothes..
What kinda music can I expect? I'm not into full ravey hard music. like some groovy house, plus a bitta doof doof doof!!

Also, what is the dress standard there? Does anyone get dressed up? leather shoes, dark pants, etc? or could i just rock up there with some decent sporty shoes, black fila trackpants and a comfy top? i do like to dress to impress, but it'd be nice being comfortable and not stick out..
ooh, by the way, does home have any fluoro lighting? will have to dress dependant on that factor.

Oh, and anyone know if people will be getting barred as usual from home? or are they just gonna pack it up until they can't fit no more (coz it's looking to be a pretty huge night!)

Well Sublime is about the music and noone gives a shit what you what you want to wear. If you don't like "ravey" music then maybe you won't like the Voodoo main room which has djs like Nik Fish and Mark Dynamix. But then again, what do you mean by "doof doof"? The top level terrace will have some house for you. Wear what you want, but you know...Noone will be barred unless they are not there specifically for the music.

Holy shit it gets cold!! And all you guys have to worry about is whether or not you can get in with shorts on.

hey, i wanna meet anyone just for the sake of it, cause im one of those nightclub idiots, who will talk to anyone, i cant accurately predict what ill wear, but as i am much like raphsta (who i know in "real" life), have never been to sublime, apart from beatfix, but as i am hi nrg and trance nut, it didnt tickle my fancy and left me prejudiced, but i have decided to go to Sublime @ home, to see just what all those smiley people from sublime get up to at night who i see outside sublime at 8 am when i am walking back from the cross or oxford st. Ill prolly have either a white singlet or t-shirt and baggy black pants, and my trusty old school air max. Im actually looking foward to going out in my sneakers. yeah yeah

Meeting a few people at Imax at like 8:30 then I will be in the line or what ever is happening, maybe a drink or anything.
also gunna be at the bottom of the stairs inside at 1 to meet all you peeps.
I will be wearing green 3/4's and a black T-shirt with grey sleaves. Also to help I am like 6'4 tall. Was also thinking of getting 1 blue glowstick to draw all the bluelighters to one spot.
