When ya takeing valium ya body converts some of it to temazepam, nordiazepam & I forggot about oxazepam too which are active benzos.

Subligual use always seemed stronger would this be weaker as your body couldnt convert it into more active benzos?

or is staight diazepam stronger than the other benzos it mildly converts too?

I mean it 10% of the diaz converts to only 5% temazepam than it would be better taking straight diaz subliiugualy. right?

curious to see if ppl get stronger effects subligually.

Sorry double tread feel free to del the other thread mods

Diazepam is equipotent with nordazepam (10 mg diazepam = 10 nordazepam), but more potent than temazepam (10 mg diazepam = 20 mg) temazepam and oxazepam (10 mg diazepam = 25 mg oxazepam) mg per mg.

Temazepam is the "strongest" drug in terms of overall effects of the bunch though.

The oral bioavailability is 93% so its impossible that the SL route could be substantially stronger - the reason it may feel stronger is because it hits quicker than the oral route. Either route gets the drug into your blood stream and to your liver to undergo demethylation, hydroxylation and glucuronidation so regardless of the route, the metabolites will still be produced in the same proportion.

All, but a few (ie. midazolam) benzo's have a BA of at least 80%+, most are in the 90 percentile. The best route to take benzos is always orally. Temazepam's BA is 96%, lorazepam's is 85%, alprazolam's is 80-90%, and oxazepam's is 95.5%.
