Alright so im currently in the process of going through suboxone withdrawals. Day two with no sub( its only like noon so day 2 really just started) but i honestly feel alright. The past couple weeks ive cut back drastically to maybe .5 mg a day. I have been IVing it for like the past month tho.... Anyway i feel pretty good today. Managed to get like 10 whole hours of sleep last night by using double doses of zzzquil and drinking some warm milk with honey(childish but its my go to when i cant sleep. Still works wonders for me every time). Well today like i said i feel alright. Feel a little foggy in the head, but no real symptoms yet. Kinda weird bc usually 24 hours after my last use im feeling rough. Every time ive tried to quit ive been an emotional wreck, depressed, anxious, feeling extreme fatigue, flu like symptoms- all the typical symptoms. This time not so much tho. I have been doing a lot of running( like two miles six days a week) and going on hour long bike rides after i run. And taking a multi vitamin in the morning and at night. Plus eating healthy as i can- tons of fruits and veggies and lean protein no snacking. Think thats whats getting me through this more easily? Im sure I'll be feeling rough at some point i know its just a matter of time but im feeling very hopeful this time that the symptoms might be minimized. I even feel good enough today to continue my exercise routine and feel like i could fall back asleep. Anyway my questions are do you think im just lucky this time and wont go through the hell i usually experience, and also once through detox what things can i do to keep my mind off all drugs and live a healthy normal sober life

Suboxone tends to sit in your system for awhile, hopefully you are lucky but do not be surprised if you start to feel worse.
