Sub taper .5 mg per day

Hey so I’m new here but I used to be an iv heroin fentanyl and meth and whatever else I could get user. Well I’ve been on suboxone for about 6 years now and I’ve been tapering these last few years and can’t make the jump. I have a kid now and she’s the reason I don’t use drugs anymore but now I’m still on subs and I want off. Has anyone done this. I hear people doing it all the time but from where I’m at right now laying in bed insomnia achy legs and arms headache eyes hurt and oh yea did I mention insomnia .. it just feels like it will never happen for me. I’ve prayed and prayed about this. I’ve been to doctors psychiatrist and many different ppl. Help.

I noticed when I was going thru WDs many years ago that taking aa benzo made even heroin WD pretty easy. What tricks have you already tried?

I can’t get any dr to prescribe a benzo. I’m sure they would help so much. But how do I get them? I don’t know anyone that has any and I’m completely out of that lifestyle … trying to get off this stuff while living with my mom is hard because she is a bitch. Really angry and bitter all the time so it’s hard to get along with her sober let alone in wd.

I can't recommend sources on BL, so I guess my best advice is to tell a doctor that you are trying to WD from opioids, that might get you a small script, but then again, maybe the doc will try keeping you on sub as they are brainwashed that every addict should end up on Subs or methadone...

I’ve heard of certain websites but are these legit? I’m scared it’s a scam

Yea my dr knows im trying to get off and they prescribe clonodine and gabapentin but that’s about it and they don’t help enought

Lot of times they are scams, there's more scams than not I'm afraid. You really should be able to get some help from your doctor in the form of a script, ideally anyways, ask for stuff that actually can help you sleep, z-drugs or benzo's preferably. Clonidine and gabapentin will certainly help with the wd's though, but there's a lot of otc things you can get yourself as well. Vitamin C, agmatine sulfate, anti-histamines, weed, but the most interesting stuff that I've read about in the last year have been SR-17018 and SR-14968. If you search there's some more info on the site, might be exactly what you're looking for.
