Sub fuck up

So I fucked up yesterday...I been on .5mg sub a day for the past couple days but yesterday I fucked up and snorted 3mg in the morning and 3mg at night got pretty high both times ...I been on really low dose of sub for about a month will this fuck up set me back and raise my tolerance ?

Yeah a once off go at what you did wont harm your tolerance just dont repeat it (too often) or tolerance will build back up. But in this case you will be fine. Just stick to .5mg again
