Sub-Critical Butane Extraction

We just pulled a batch of earwax oil that is super tasty and strong. it's a sub-critical extraction using butane. Take a look at the picture.

Bluelighters, what do you think of this type of extraction, have you had it, and what are your other experiences with hash oils? What's your favorite?

just did my first extraction about a month ago and go some SUPER tasty glass!!!! I don't know how great I feel about using/maybe smoking butane but I love how great it tastes and the high is just so clean feeling. never had it til I made some and I intend on making more when this runs out.

I don't bother with the butane hash, it has good results. I've made a batch of it and was really impressed, but I prefer using bags, and if I'm just looking to make a small batch with an oz or two of trim then I'll make alcohol hash.

I've used iso alcohol, but 90%+ everclear is the way to go imo. a fifth of everclear can easily take care of well over an oz of trim.
