STYLE WARZ what clobber are you after?

Jeans cost me a fiver usually from some place I happen to walk into when I finally think my current ones are in disrepute.
Shirts - charity shop jobby
Hoodies/jumpers - Really reduced ones/Charity shop/treat from relative
shoes - When they're like half price or something
t-shirts I usually dont mind paying a little bit for if I like them.

Found some awesome coats before in charity shops but I seem to leave them at random parties all the time which is why I can't justify spending £70 or something on a nice coat because I'll just loose it.

Jeans for a fiver? Didn't think it was possible to get jeans at that price. What's wrong with them?

I reckon it's worth spending a bit of money on clothes because you're gonna be wearing them pretty often, you want them to look good and not fall apart after a week but long gone are the days of spending hundreds of quid on jeans n tops etc. Think most I spent was £160 on jeans and about £300 on a top / jumper. Would never do that now even if I had plenty of cash.

I agree that it's wise to spend money on an item as it will last longer, but im thrifty with how I do it.

My new pair of jeans are made by Bench, should have been 60 quid, but I live near a discount shop so I got them for 12. Sorted. I don't give a shit about labels, but I know they'll last a while.

My current pair of Jeans I bought 3 years ago, and even though they're ripped to bits, too big for me so hang around my waist, I can't stop wearing them.

I usually spend £30-£40 on a pair of jeans, I think that's pretty reasonable like. If they are decent they'll last for a long time so it's worth it.

Tinky. ;)

I only don't spend so much because there's so many other things I'd rather buy than clothes.
Have spent 15 on jeans before and that's pretty much the most I'll spend unless I'm in a good job and find a pair that really catch my eye.

Thrifty is good.

Can't see the point in paying through the nose for fancy labels and designer gear. I like a mix of charity shop, vintage - secondhand and the odd bought pieces, like mentioned that are worth buying for the quality and amount of wear you'll get out of them.

Work clothes are another matter. I have to buy suits that look smart, which often means paying but I get at least a year's wear out of them.

Same there are definitely better things to spend money on than buying new clothes every week like some folk do but I think if you spend money on decent jeans etc they'll last much longer than a cheap pair meaning you don't need to buy a pair so often.

And you always need to get two pairs of trousers with each suit cuz the jackets always last a lot longer.
