Stuffy nose

Well I am a regular heroin user and I snort it. Every night I have a very bad stuffy nose to the point where I can't sleep. There is no mucus it's du to inflammation I believe. Is there any OTC drug or home remEdies you guys can suggest

Well if it's the kind of stuffy nose where you can't breathe I'd say you probably need a nasal decongestant such as Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine (Tylencol Cold & Sinus). Just make sure if you do decide to buy Tylenol Cold & Sinus that you buy the version without Dextromethorphan (buy the version with only Acetaminophen and Pseudoephedrine).

If you don't wanna go that route you can try a product with Menthol in it such as Halls which works somewhat for nasal congestion (at least I find).

Other than that, and other than stop snorting Heroin, I'm out of ideas.
