studying on speed

As a person who doesn't have ADD, it makes me way too mechanical. I end up wasting time. Like when I finish reading a sentence, I think 'woah was that an "it's" or an "it is?"' and end up re-reading it 3 times. Then I see that worked well and re-read everything else 3 times. Makes me compulsive...

Amphetamines make me sometimes think that I'm an untreated case of ADD. But I think they do that to almost everyone, because EVERYONE I know can get themselves much more motivated with small amounts of adderall or dexedrine. I'm only experienced with the pharmaceuticals so if you're wondering about meth, that's another story.
Another excellent med out there is called Provigil. It's used to treat narcolepsy, since it basically eliminates your need to sleep. I've always had a bad habit of eating around 300mg of adderall in a night. I'd use an exam as a stupid reason to get high for 16 hours. Provigil doesn't really give you any noticeable high, but I thought it increased my focus a little. It beats the shit out of staying awake on stackers. Kids at school get prescribed all sorts of bizarro shit. I got it from the daughter of a doctor who was on about 15 different meds.
Peace, and be safe!
If you've been on adderall for the past week, and someone offers you a big line of coke... it's okay to say no. You'll heart will thank you later.

I find that if I have a large amount of writing to do it is very hard to get motivated. I use tiny bumps of meth, say 20mg at a time sublingually and find that it makes a huge difference to how long I can stay focused. Yesterday I wrote a 2000 word essay in 4 hours :)
I wouldn't take more than 100mg or so over the day, and space out the bumps well, otherwise you become too impatient to sit still for long.

Please, this has been covered before, do a search of the archives before posting here.

I used to do a small amount of speed before my calculus exams. I would have one night of cramming. I never used speed for partying, only for studying and would only do it a few times a year. I would take it around 9 or 10pm and within 30 minutes start to feel the effects. I'd play online, talk a lot to whoever was around but eventually settle down into my night of studying.
I don't have ADD, but when i started to go through the examples and to other problems for practice, I could do them very well. For a short period of time the speed seemed to open up my mind so I could understand, I struggled a lot with math. But if I was on speed it wasn't a struggle. I would sit there and study constantly until it was time to take my exam. And almost always I would get an A. After the exam I would come home and crash though.
I have not done speed in a long time, its been almost 3 years. Im not suggesting that people study this way, it may not work for everyone. I didn't abuse it, maybe only 4 times out of the year.

I think too much when im on meth.....my head is constantly racing a million thoughts at once and if i tried to study or read i wouldnt be able to concentrate because taht would m3ean id have to focus on one thing which is really hard for me cuz i would get distracted with my other thoughs and get so into my thinking id forget what i was supposed to be focused on. and when i realized it, id be like "oh shit! i need to study" then id keep repeating shit in my head like "ok need to focus, ok need to focus, ok need to focus..." lol, so i dunno bout it helping, but as for using it simply in staying awake to study, that part of it def. works.

Speed is great for memorizing. Not great during actual tests tho, I end up thinking too much. But for some reason your brain just stores more information than usual on meth when you need to. I wouldn't do it the night before a test because you won't get a good sleep, if any.

It has always worked for me. You still have to study your ass off but the speed really comes in handy with helping you stay awake & not zone out when you need to do some serious craming. If no meth is available then any pharmacutical thats used to treat ADD/ADHD usually do the job for me...
