I think the problem with the title of the article is that sugar clearly IS a drug.
Therefore, to say that sugar product is more addictive than "drugs" doesn't make sense.
Sugar is a highly addictive stimulant.
I quit for about a decade and felt really good.
But it is just too hard to stop forever, and I eventually went back to sugar, which is nearly everyone's first drug of choice...
