I would enter in something like European.. studies early substance use or early cannabis, early crack cocaine, early opiate use and addiction scholarly. You should get many relevant studies.
You could try that.. you could also look up the emails of the Researchers from the studies and enquire with them as they may be able to point you in the right direction.
