Tar or powder? if tar what i've been doing is taking the cellophane and cutting it dousing it in the water on the spoon then removing it from the water

alternatively, you could sit with a plunger and "wipe" any extras off into a spoon
 
dunno about the powder most folks with powder just collect their bags til the jones then scrape that
 
i see, you can try as a last ditch maybe to wet a cotton and pray it gets sucked up in there im really of no help to you and i think im the only guy awake atm
 
couldn't u add the water to the cellophane and mix using the plunger and filter like normal with a small cotton? lol like just use the cellophane instead of a spoon or w/e you use.

even though you're probly done scraping by now and are feelin better than i am.

and just so everyone knows.. this thread taught me that cellophane was spelled with a "C" not an "S" and it was "phane" not "fane" hmm i guess i am really dumb

Lol still not done, was dumb enough to think there was a way to make it just fall off and kept searching. Found nothing still.
And I only got the correct spelling when i couldn't get an image result on google of "selifane"

if you just crinckle the cellophane between your hands and rub together over a table or something, it wont break up and just fall out?
 
Tried, been doing that as I scrape.. It's sticcing like powdered sugar. Even pressing into craccs on the cellophane.. This succs, I culd care less to not have anything (lie), but this is a tease. I see it, but I can't get it.
 
if its the bottom of a cigarette pack then it should come apart and you would be able to just cut a line through it and have one long about 3 inch wide cellophane that you could take a credit card to or something.. just start pullin that shit apart lol.
