Not trying to minimize the danger, but I'd imagine a trip to the playa for Burning Man would put more silicon particles in your lungs than an occasional Opana.

"An occasional Opana" is one thing. Many opiate users have a tendency to use regularly, though... Regular usage over a period of time is more than enough to be an issue.
 
Wow after taking a day off I shot 20mg Opana IR and 4mg Dillaudid, the last of my full agonist stash. I think that was the best rush and most euphoria I have gotten in months, crazy I am so high right now. And before I was shooting 12-16mg Dillaudid and not getting much of a rush or anything.
