Opioids Strongest pill?

Grown tired of oxy and Percs, want something stronger, however i'm not too interested in shooting up. (more of a crush up and rail type guy). so yeah what would be the strongest pill i guess that would give me the same high as oxy and perc but to a greater extent? and also, somewhat common, not something contrived in an underground lab in tokyo.
 
ahh the perils of opiate addiction...ur lookin down the path of shootin up and heroin.....other pills arent that common opanas, dilaudids (not great snorted), your always gonna wanna get higher and sooner or later you will find a needle in your arm, trust me....so maybe you should reconsider what you are trying to achieve
 
dilaudid or opana

its a "waste" sniffing it, but you won't notice the difference if you've never IV'd
 
Years ago, I had a friend who was prescribed Talwin. That was a strong pill and I don't know if they even make it anymore. I don't think it's as strong as oxy, demerol, dilaudid or morphine though. ~theresa
 
I certainly agree with above, i started opiates after i beat a nasty cocaine addiction, now i have found myself sittin on a couch with needle hangin out of my arm, all it took was me sayin i needed something more, something stronger, now 4 years and almost my wife, kids, and family, and every friend i ever had later, im in recovery using suboxin, have made a complete turn around, only i find myself shooting my suboxone now, its a whole addicton in its self just shooting anything, I wish i had never started, but i thank god every day that i am recovering, and ther is hope for me, I have my wife, I have my kids, and i have my whole family standing behind me to support me, i have made new relationships, and I have great fun just doing the simple things again...
 
If you're still taking Percs (unless you're doing a CWE), then your Oxy tolerance still has plenty of room to grow. I'm not encouraging this... just mentioning.

An OC is certainly one of the "stronger pills" that is available commonly in the USA... probably the best example of both of potency and commonness, actually...

My guess (and that's what it is) is that an opana 40 is the strongest pill out there, at least snorted.
 
Another vote for oxymorphone/Opana. Dillaudid/hydromorphone is a huge waste unless you shoot it. You get 2x as much from Opana IVed but it is still good snorted.
 
^I just want to point out the danger of snorting Opana ER due to the silica that would collect in the lungs and potentially cause silicosis...
 
An 8mg Buprenorphine tablet is very potent (Suboxone/Subutex). There are 40mg Oxymorphone ER tabs, 200mg Morphine Sulphate, and maybe still the 160mg Oxycodone tabs (OC160's) though even if these are still in production, the chances of you seeing one is slim to nill.

You're tired of Percocets and Oxycodone, which I'm guessing Oxycodone is referring to OxyContin or Roxicodone, you could try to find some Opana or something. If OC80's aren't cutting it for you though, you don't have too many other options as far as potent formulations are concerned.
 
I'd reccomend Opana or diluidad. Both contain a drug called Oxymorphone....

Id say 5mg of oxymorphone is equivalent to 20mg of oxycontin through personal use. However it is longer lasting and has more of a numbing analgesic effect to it.

ALSO... look into fentanyl. Need to be VERY careful with this one as it is incredibly potent. It comes in patches and you squeeze a dab of gel out of the patch and smoke it on foil. A strong dose for an average user would be in the range of 4-7oo micrograms smoked.

i've been pleasantly suprised by bupe intranasal got a nice nod off of it a few nights ago after mixing with several potentiators. unfortunately the oc160s have been off the market for a few years at least in the US but who knows they might bring them back since this new formulation kicked in. I'd say either opana or fentanyl myself. Happy hunting.

they don't both contain the same drug..
Opana is oxymorphone and Dilaudid is hydromorphone.

oxymorphone is almost exactly twice as strong as oxycodone mg for mg ORALLY.. don't take this advice if you are planning a different ROA!!
I dont know the comparisons for different ROA's

I looked it up your right as far as the Dillies being hydromorphone.

However.... the bioavailability of Oxymorphone orally is only 10% whereas its higher for oxycodone in the range of 75%. So while 5mg of oxymorphone is equivalent to say 10mg of oxy if eaten. when injested nasally this changes.

B.A. for oxy is still around 75% nasally, but oxymorphone jumps up to around 40%. SO if snorted it is 3-5 times stronger by weight than oxy. This is based on studies of B.A. for both drugs. AND personal experience. when i had opanas, 40mg of oxy blown got me good. and 10mg of opana was just as if not more strong.

Ive had diluidad before and assumed it was the same drug. guess not haha. apoligize about that. Good luck on your search though!
 
but in my opinion fentanyl is the strongest narcotic available on the street heroin included. If you want a serious nod its the way to go. Just be careful to know your dose and make sure you have a healthy tolerance before dabbling with it.
 
Wow great responses. I'm going to look into the Opana and diluidad. And btw I have OC 10mg's so they're pretty weak, and perc 5mg which is equally as weak. please no more lectures either.
 
yea seriously, i was told how great percs were but in actuality my OC was stronger the whole time.
 
well percocets contain the same active drug (oxycodone) but also have massive amounts of tylenol in them. the OC's are just the oxycodone and a few binding agents. MUCH easier to snort. And easier on your liver too!
