Strongest opioid and Opiates

Ive been curious about this for a long time and I need some help with this.Ok I have done many opioid's and Im not sure what is stronger mg for mg I quess or how Ive done hydrocodone tramadol percocet and more.please tell me a long list of whats stronger.

bro there is so many opiates you could never begin to say what is stronger then what, because what gets one higher may not even metabolize correctly in the other.... some people like codeine and all it does to me is make me sleepy, some say roxy is stronger then dillies but i say dillies are way stronger then roxy/oxy square pants

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt. That isn't even close. Oxy, roxy, and percs are all the same drug. It's called oxycodone.8)
 
yes, it is a brand name, percocet, roxi, oc they are all the same thing, oxycodone just in different formulations and brand names,

also norco, vicodin, lortab etc.... yep they are all the same thing too hydrocodone.

damn I didn't know I did oxycodone awsome ok so whats stronger than oxycodone?

I knew that about hydrocodone just didn't know that about percocet I should have known I do now
 
On a MG TO MG Basis:

Propoxyphene (Darvocet) -> Tramadol (Ultram) -> Meperidine (Demerol) -> Codeine (Tylenol #3) -> Tapentadol (Nucynta) -> Hydrocodone (Vicodin; Lortab) -> Morphine (MSContin) -> Oxycodone (Percocet; Roxicodone) -> Methadone -> Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) -> Levorphanol (Levo-Dromoran) -> Oxymorphone (Opana) -> Fentanyl (Duragesic) -> Sufentanyl

I can't find the equivalent dose of Buprenorphine (Suboxone)

the strongest opioid i've ever done on a potency basis is fentanyl. it also has extremely strong pain killing and sedative effects.

the strongest i've ever done on a euphoric basis is heroin. i would easily say its the most addictive.

other powerful opioids i've done include: morphine, oxymorphine, nicomorphine, dihydromorphine, hydromorphine, methadone, and oxycodone.

hell no, morphine is stronger. Oxy just lasts a little longer, and fent is nothing like morphine IMO, oxy is stronger then fent.

this thread is going to jag off forever.... i just know it :o
