Strattera Tramadol combo

I love tramadol, for me it gives me energy, but ive built a tolerance and hate unsafe doses. My Doctor who gave me the tramadol script just gave me a sample pack of Strattera. I heard it doesnt do much for ADD but is a stimulant. I would like to know if this would be a good combo? would they compliment/synergize well togther? Please no, "this is a dangerious combo" posts. According to pharmacist there is NO drug interactions, so it is safe. I want to know if its recreational at all, meaning, will it boost energy? Any tried this combo? Not for ADD but for energy. Any potentiation possibilities?

Strattera is generally considered to be a pretty shitty drug. Doesn't act the same way as the "classical" stimulants do.

Tramadol and strattera actually do have drug interactions, they will both lower the seizure threshold. both are norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, but strattera is much stronger. Its going to be dosage dependent though. Don't take a huge strattera dose to start.

Personally I would throw the strattera in the toilet. Most people I know, it either knocked them out or made them feel like they got hit by a bus.

I took 18mg Strattera after 300 mgs tramadol which was spaced out over the day and I did notice some extra energy. similar to strong coffee.

actually I had very low expectations. I knew it was not going to act like ritalin or any amphetamine. I was hoping for energy and good combo with tramadol, after taking another 18mgs Strattera I feel very awake. I consider that a plus. Strattera was designed and millions were spent on it to become a antidepressant.
Then under clinical trials it failed. So instead of scrapping it and taking a loss, they re-assigned it to ADD. Typical pharmacutical bullshit. It does not improve focus or concentration....I have ADD so I know, but I thought it would do....nothing, but found it to be as strong if not stronger than wellbutrin and it does not .lower the seizure threshold like wellbutrin does. That came from my GD , P-Doc and Pharmasist, along with drugs .com, it may lower it in very small amounts, like any SSRI does, but not like wellbutrin or tramadol which significantly lower threshold

Conclusion: decent tramadol combo, or addition to REAL stimulant. By itself its a 20 million dollar caffeine pill.

i wish i had some and knew someone needing a caffeine pill......id hit the motherload with one pill....unheard of.......personally ive never heard of the drug around here in all seriousness

After the inital caffiene effects it hits like a brick, you feel like garbage, like a bad stim crash, not mentally, but physically. SEKIO was right. Down the toilet they go!!
