strangest Triggers for you

Ok so im not looking for normal triggers that we all know. I want to know odd triggers that you have that very few others if any have. Personaly one of my odd triggers are ford escort zx2. It was the car ii had when i would make trips to philly (1 1\2 hr drive) like 3-4 times a week. I just remember my sweet stash spot 3 dif times troopers couldnt find, shooting up waiting to get on the turn pike ( i have no idea how many hundreds of people saw me driving in rush hour w a needle in my arm) but when ever i see a zx2 i just get a huge want to score some dope. I have a few other odd balls but whats some of yours?
 
The smell of Mexican food & the sound of the jukeboxes in authentic Mexican places. Reminds me of being on 16th street in the Mission, hustling, scoring, shooting, & finding time to get into stupid trouble on the side :)
 
hose clamps, gummy bears, flip flops, frisbees, and super mario world for snes. there's an association for all of em so i guess they may not completely qualify as strange, fuck it, whatever
 
Waking up. Infinitely pathetic, but true. The chic life a junkie, right? Other triggers are trips to Mexico.. or sex (lost my virginity on meth + heroin).

Also other drugs trigger cravings for other drugs in me.

I don't have 'triggers'
As soon as I wake up, I want some dope.
Looking at a straw, per se, isn't going to lead my mind into thinking "Mmm. Dope"
Or anything else for that matter, unless it's dope itself, a syringe, or anything to do with the city I cop in.

Those are my 'triggers' ....
 
Movies/TV shows about drugs ie breaking bad... stupid but yeah I feel like I need something to take while I watch TV/film with a load of drug references. Perhaps the association is people getting loaded on the silver screen/tv screen and monkey see monkey do. The only one that does not do this for me is trainspotting I cringe during the with drawl scene. Every time I go to a rave/club or festival but I'm always high when I do so, association it's when I most often do drugs and has always been a time for me to do drugs. Reason: take time off from the real world, de-stress and blow steam out my head like a kettle???

^I know some of you already have in your posts, but how about we explain some of the triggers/associations so its not just a list of random things? Because whats the fun in reading randomly listed things..?
 
^Double Mint gum cause I kept a large purchase of FIRE bundles in a DM gum tin box for a period of time. Well after the b's were gone, the tin still smelled so, so strongly of dope. Mmmmm.
Any noise that resembles a tinnitus type sound, emergency broadcast noise for example, causes me to consider grabbing 20's of coke and shooting a bell ringer.
 
Seeing that orange color thats the same as the syringe caps always makes me think of dope. Warm summer days in nyc, the dope always seemed better in the summer for some reason, everyones out on the block/in the park chillin and havin a good time. Hmm what else? The smell of rosebud lip balm because i used to use the lid as a cooker.

Ur telling me there wasnt one time when u wernt thinking about using or drugs and you saw something or heard somwthing and it brought back a "bad" memory and made u wanna go cop again?.....im sry dude but THAT is weird lol
 
The smell of my own cum is, sadly, a huge trigger for me.

Cause my drug of choice tends to smell that way as it ages/degrades.

To junkie I wake up that way always but certain things like plaves I cop at set me off

If it's directly related to drugs/heroin/shooting up, then yea.. that's a given..
But if it's indirect? Like a tin of gum? No.....
 
^Oh cmon, everybody has that ONE thing that reminds them of their girlfriend, just like everyone has that one thing that reminds them of heroin ;)
