Strange test results - please help

Im in Australia and theres a strange batch of 'white omegas' .. some people have a normal pill of a night, others have a weird drugged (descriptions of drunk to hallucinations) expierence for max of two hours. I've managed to get test results, with no conclusive answer to what may be in this mysterious pill..
Color - white
Symbol - omega
Size - Average size but a fairly thick pill
EZ-TEST Reagent test
instant change to orange/light brown
Ez-test supreme test
Phase 1 no change - normal
Phase 2 very light green
Ez-test Extreme test
Phase 3
indicates primary amine
Phase 2
no change after 3 mins
very slight change to red
Another interesting point - even the slightest scraping of the pill placed on the tounge gives instant numbness to the area its placed... and the pill has little to no smell whatsoever.

Sounds like Amphetamine from the results.

I tested some off White Omega's and got different - but equally confusing (for me) results
The first step (Mecke's reagent) turned black - that seems about right
When I used the Simons regeant though - the solution turned yellowish orange?
What does this mean?

That Simon's reaction means something's *definitely* wrong.
Why no Marquis? It should be your first test with all pills....
