Strange Smell from ingesting APAP

Hello, Sometimes when i don't have DOC i take a slightly large amount of painkillers containing Acetaminophen/APAP and i sometimes But not always get this "Soapy" smell. The smell seems to go away after i take them for a couple days. Does anyone know what causes this or has anyone else experienced this? I know i should be doing CWE but sometimes don't have the time. Thanks to those who reply in advance.

Is it really worth harming your liver just because you can't wait a few hours / one day for a CWE of X amount of pills to finish? I've never experienced any side effects whatsoever at all from APAP except getting tired.
