strange reaction to marj. after taking some subutex?

so the other day was my first day of not iv'ing roxies so around 10-11am i iv'ed about 1 mg of subutex. i was feeling alright but not great the whole day but didnt want to take more because i just want to be on nothing.
anyway around 4-5pm i smoked a joint with some friends (i havent really smoked bud since september or so) a few minutes after i started getting light headed and feeling weird when i was standing so i sat down. i was having cold sweats (mind you its about 80 degrees out) and i wasnt feeling like that before i smoked. then i stood again and felt as if i was going to black and pass out. so i just kept sitting and the rest of the time i just didnt feel right. i felt terrible.
i wasnt really having any symptoms of withdrawal to that point.
my friend got there and gave me a suboxone and i took about 2mg sublingual and felt a little better but still off.
so now im scared to smoke again
does weed just induce withdrawal or what could have happened here? it was just the weirdest thing.

I find that getting stoned during the initial & mostly peripheral stage of withdrawal greatly accentuates the symptoms. It goes from being mildly unpleasant and somewhat tolerable to horribly acute.

yeah i wasnt expecting the withdrawals to be brought on like that because i was feeling alright from the subutex. i didnt think that would happen at all.
