Strange painless pinching feeling in chest after MDMA when breathing?

I was at a) festival a week ago, Thursday night got soo drunk and then took a lot of really good quality MDMA (yes i already know it was a bad idea no need to remind me). Safe to say from 8pm-1am is just black, cant remember a thing, my friends had to fill me in on everything, apparently i was stumbling everywhere with my eyes rolling in the back of my head, shouting how incredible I felt. I was never in a 'bad way' I just looked super messed up. Anyways, Friday night was a repeat but not as intense, drank a fair amount of vodka and dropped a bomb, can remember most of the night, had a good time and felt fine. Woke up Saturday morning and as you'd expect felt so ill, hungover, dehydration, bad comedown, on the verge of collapsing, so just drank water for the rest of the day and ate some food.

Anyways to the main point. Sometimes when I took a breath, especially when I was inhaling from sudden laughter, I'd get this weird pinching sensation on the left side of my chest, it wasn't painful or anything. I felt like someone was flicking a rubber band there but without the pain, its hard to explain. At first I thought it was my heart but it was slightly above. Then it started happening on the right side of my chest too quite high up. The sensation didn't cover a lot of ground, it was just a small little painless pinch that occurred when I took a sudden breath. It seemed to increased in frequency with increased MDMA use. I noticed it first after Thursday night, then it was really bad Saturday daytime when I woke up after rolling. For the rest of the festival I just drank water during the day and drank alcohol at night, no more chemical substances, had some green though. The weird sensation is gone now, was gone by the end of the festival 2-3 after it had started. It seemed to be a respiratory issue if it only occurred upon inhalation but I was just worried it was my heart or something to do with my blood?

Any suggestions on what this was? Did I just over do it a bit at the festival?

Hey Lewis, You didn't say if you ever had symptoms like this before so I will assume no. But when was the last time you had a physical? Has anyone in your family had a heart condition that you know of? It's hard to guess but you may have been a little dehydrated and drinking alcohol while rolling can do that quick. It could have been dozens of factors that made this happen, like costochondritis. I would stay hydrated next time and nix the booze. But to be sure, if this happens again definitely see your doctor.
