Several "triple stack" (referring to the size of the pills...these are quite thick) Yellow Ducks were acquired at a show on the East Coast (USA) several weeks ago. The exact press isn't currently on PillReports; PillReports has many reports of a yellow pill with a "rubber ducky" logo...these pills, on the other hand, feature a duck standing up. No testing kit was available at the time these were acquired; they were purchased after talking to numerous people that were already rolling hard off of them. Two were ingested 30 minutes apart, and produced a fantastic 4-5 hour roll. Other than the fact that they did prevent sleep for nearly a day (unusual), they gave a great experience.
Here's the tricky (and funny...for you at least) part. After it was determined that these pills produced a quality roll, two more were purchased "for a rainy day". They went into a jeans pocket for storage. At the end of the night, after some serious raving and dancing and sweating (emphasis on the sweating), it was realized that leg sweat had seeped through the jeans pocket and caused nearly half of each pill to be completely dissolved (d'oh!!). After getting back, the pills were tested with a marquis regent just to verify their contents. Strangely, though, instead of turning immediately to a black/dark purple, there was almost no reaction at all. It did turn a slightly darker, smokier color, but nowhere near expected.
Now, my question is this: could leg sweat have impacted the testing results? I don't think these were pipes, as they tasted like mdma and produced a VERY good roll. However, the lack of a clear-cut result from the marquis makes me think there could be something different going on in these pills. Another theory I came up with is that the surplus of binder in these pills (as I mentioned, they're very thick) could be causing the strange marquis result.
Any ideas? Thoughts? Feel free to laugh at the idiocy of the leg sweat story....
Thanks.
