Strange drug associations

It already is mate... I visit a lot of pubs in my line of work (no, no, honestly, I am working) and they're like ghost towns these days - unless they're a big chain 'family' pub/restaurant. The local boozer is dying a long, slow painful death which started with the advent of the 'whine bar' (sic) in the 80s...

'Whine bar'
'It's never beer is it? No. It's always 'wiiine'. What would you like on your cornflakes, love? I think I'll have some wiiiine'

Red Dwarf. <3

OT: CD cases/mirrors, straws, banknotes, the smell of ammonia, IPA, razor blades - Cocaine.
Wire wool, ammonia, bubbling noises, aquarium tubing, plastic bottles, aluminium foil - Crack.
One of the most ridiculous ones I can think of is: Morrissons supermarket... I associate it with nothing more than Poppy Seeds. Everytime I walk past a store, Pavlovian Junkie conditioning kicks in and all I can think of is downing litres of Poppy Tea, feeling the warm floral fluid reach my stomach and the heat emanating outwards through my cold, sick body.
I shivered just writing that. Ugh.

There's a million others, all just ridiculous.

Makes me think of GBL and the fact that I'll probably never buy a carton of it again. :|

I associate the smell of Hops from the brewerys in Edinburgh with being out my box on pills from 20 years ago when I used to go clubbing in Edinburgh.

I also have a weird connection / link with Reindeer and Ketamine. Not sure where this has come from ........deep from within a K hole i suspect, but it is reoccurring!

I associate cold, dark, icy nights with my one & only 'bad' experience with MDMA. I was up for a good night, but all the wife wanted to do was watch fuckin 'Titanic'. So there was me off me tits on a couple of decent pills watching telly. The end scene with all the dead, blue bodies floating in the water really infiltrated my psyche, and ever since then, icy, calm dark nights induce a sense of dread somewhere deep inside. I fuckin hate that film....

This whole "GBL sinking to the bottom" thing is totally weird to me. :\

Squirt - pour - drink. In the space of about 10 seconds.

I don't understand. And... I don't want to think about it.

Anything thick I have noticed/assumed the g goes to the bottom. So milk(yes) and orange with bits in.. However, saying that its the same(but not as bad) with cordial or water.

Of course that's just my observation

Tea light candles - used to use them to chase that damn dragon and I can't picture them as anything but parephenalia.
