I don't even know what happened. Any advice from anyone?
^ I have to agree with you about being treated by doctors with anxiety. I don't know how many different substances I've tried for 30 days then come back to tell them that it didn't work. Eventually you will find a medication that works for you. Even then, medication may not be the best treatment for you. It takes time and a great doctor to properly treat anxiety.
Perhaps you could take something OTC until you receive proper medical treatment? I suggest L-Theanine for anxiety since it's a natural amino acid found in green tea. It actually helps with anxiety without causing tolerance/dependence.
Have you thought about counseling or CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?) CBT helped me a great deal with changing how I react to certain situations.
People often have told me practice breathing exercises, which may work for you, but did not work for me. Everyone needs a personalized treatment plan, but you must trust your doctor. Keep a diary of your panic attacks, including what you were doing, if you have had any nicotine/caffeine/any other substance.
