After I reconstitute a vial of HGH, assuming stored in a fridge, how long will it stay good for? Would like to get 5 days of injections out of each vial.

Yep that's fine as long as you're using bacteriostat water which has benzyl alcohol in it. I got 7 shots out of my vials which is 3.5 days. Some of the pens and cartridges after recon you'll end up holding for a while because Idk how you'd use up a huge humatrope or nordi pen in a few days.

Waiting on an order of bacteriostatic water currently.

Ended up going to the needle exchange and getting ampules of sterile water for injection, which is what i used to reconstitute this vial.

Is this unsafe to use for multiple shots? Used clean sharps and sterilized top of vial before and after with alcohol swabs.

And so you do multiple shots a day? What is the purpose of this?

Also, used 1mL of water for what was sold as 12iu HGH, and the solution was slightly cloudy. Read on another site that this means it wasn't purified thoroughly, and the product was likely fine, but slightly weaker than advertised.

Regular sterile water can allow bacteria to breed. I believe sterile water solutions are recommended to be used within 48 hours. Multiple shots a day as gh doesn't last all day. So am/pm shots of ~2iu. Cloudiness could be an issue with the vacuum in the vial. Pull the plunger from a pin and poke through the stopper to equalize pressure inside. Then remove the pin and roll the vial for it to dissolve fully. This happens time to time for me with my black tops.

I read that pinning at night might cause the body to not do its natural release of GH during sleep. do you think this is unfounded?

And i'm pinning 3iu/day, so it would be nice if i could get it to last 4 days, but i suppose i might just throw the bottle away after tomorrow's pin.

Also, do you take any days off during the week? Read that it isn't that necessary health wise, but more due to it being a bit cost prohibitive.

It can prevent the night gh pulse but it's a 2iu shot, much bigger than I would release endogenously. Also gh shots at night before bed seem to extend the life of the shot. I take two days off a week to keep circulating systemic igf1 to a minimum and avoid negative feedbacks that can lower the efficiency of GH administration due to constant circulation in the system making the body want to maintain homeostasis. 5 on 2 off. Saves me 4-8iu a week.

^that. Exogenous HGH is going to be a much larger pulse than what you would make naturally. "Ideally" if you were only doing one inject per day then it would be best in the morning after the natural pulse and when cortisol is highest but I've never noticed a real world difference in effects

Ok, thanks.

My BAC water just came in. Was thinking about adding a mL of the BAC water to the vial i reconstituted with standard sterile water. Figured this would make it more likely to remain sterile for another couple of days.

What do you guys think?

^ You'll be fine as it is. You're keeping it in the fridge anyway. I mean, sure, always play it safe, we always recommend that.

But in reality, I'll load a syringe of various things, stick it in the fridge and reuse countless times for SubQ :| (You didn't hear that from me though).

Ok, thanks for the info. Ended up adding in BAC water to the solution in order to lower the risk of contamination. Only need the vial to last me four days total, so hopefully there won't be an issue.

Should be good to go man! Enjoy it. Solve the issue with your cloudy solution?

Thanks, man. And no, it is still a bit cloudy. Assuming it just isn't as pure or well filtered as it should have been.
