So im not going to get into specifics on whu this would be the only option

But would having oxycodone 5mg w/tylenol in the perscription bottle in a hot car during summer time for like 3 consecutive months have much of an effect on them does anyone know?

If it would be absolutely detrimental and destroy them its possible that time could be shortened to about 2 weeks but id prefer to not have to do that if possiboe

Thanks

If kept out of direct sunlight I'm sure it'll be absolutely fine.

Even if the ambient temperature of the interior of the car gets hot, that doesn't necessary mean the tablets will reach that temperature.

If it's possible to park in shade or put a sun screen on the window then sure, but tucked away in the glovebox or something? I very much doubt it.

Put it in your glovebox or underneath a seat - anywhere it's not going to have sun directly on it. Also, even if you did store it directly in the sun, it's not nearly as serious as it'd be with certain other medications (primarily injectable solutions) that are way more sensitive to light.

If you have any of those moisture absorbing devices (that are inside sealed big pharma' bottles) throw a couple in with (yours)
Or fill the bottle with real long grain rice...If it gets very hot during the day, then cold at night it can cause condensation and degrade the tabs'.

You would think so, maybe not enough to make too much of a difference though.

At 5 mg every bit counts. But if that's what makes you happy , good for you!!

Most of it can be in your head too. So if you believe it to have a problem, chances your brain will make you believe that.
