storing LSD in freezer?

I have heard of the freezer... thats where AF used to keep all his hits/viles... but one thing is important.. VERY important... do not keep it in the freezer unless you are going to consume it right out of the freezer. When you take it out and leave it sit at room temp, it degrades the LSD. The temp change from 20-30F to 65-75F does hurt the product.
So only keep in freezer if youre gong to eat right when it comes out

I think light does more damage than heat (UV light, especially from sunlight, causes the molecule to break down), but neither is good for it.

Those brown pharmacy bottles are the best, as the plastic filters out UV rays.. so just put yer dope in a pill bottle, and put it in the fridge or some cool place.. no need to freeze it..

Storing acid in the freezer is quite popular in europe; but certain practices in world of drugs derive from urban miths .

The colder a substance, the slower its molecules "Move" - all substances are in a state of molecular motion, even solids... Liquids having more kinetic potential, and gasses the most. The idea here is that the colder you keep your LSD, the slower the molecules move, and the less likely they are to "decompose". So bottom line, my acid is in my freezer.
Acid is also very photosensitive, so keeping it out of the light is very important as UV rays (As Phreex said) also cause our fagile LSD molecules to degrade at a faster rate, this is why my acid is also in a dark vial, wrapped in aluminium foil, in a metal altoids box.

I say take ever measure you can to preserve the strength of what you have... nobody likes bunk acid!

Is it true the thing I read someplace that if you wrap it in plastic, it should ONLY be cellophane because polyethylene (?) plastics (plastic wrap, sandwich bags...) can somehow break down the LSD?
