I read the psychedelic storage forum a few pages in and didn't find my answer. Would it be better to store lucy in a freezer if I don't have silicate gels or that argon spray to keep moisture away, or to just keep it in a dark spot. I don't want moisture degrading goodness, I intend to get the spray soon. Any help would be useful thank you.

I stored several hits of LSD in the freezer for well over a year, and they were still good after all that time. I didn't try them personally before I put them in, but from what I gathered from friends who took them too, they didn't loose any potency.

I put the hits in a small plastic baggy, then placed the baggy in a sealed envelope. This seemed to protect the good from moisture and light for the duration of it's stay in the freezer. I let the envelope return to room temp before I opened it so as to avoid possible condensation in the baggy.

I don't know if this was anymore effective than storing them at room temp. That was the only time I held onto hits for an extended perioid of time.

hope that helps!

good luck.

I once bought 25 hits of some very potent blotter. It took me 10 years to finish them (I only take acid a few times a year, and half a hit was enough for a solid trip). I kept it in a ziplock baggy in the freezer and I didn't notice any degradation over all those years. Airtight container in the freezer does the trick.

yeah, store the blotters airtight in a freezer and your lsd will keep fresh a long time. the longest I ever stored blotters that way was 3 years, and by then they did not lose potency at all.

^Wow awesome! Squirelling away hits for 10 years huh? Now that's what I call a true LSD fan :)

Though a delicate molecule, LSD is pretty stable if kept away from heat, light, and moisture.

What if you only want to store the blotter for a maximum of 2 or 3 months? Would a room temp spot work just as well as a freezer for only that short amount of time?
