Misc Storing GHB

Does GHB have to be stored in a fridge or freezer? At the moment it is being stored in cool place in my draw out of light. Is this okay? How long will it last? I don't want it to go bad but I can't really store it in my fridge/freezer at home.

I'm fairly sure it's GHB or GBL, don't think it's 1,4b but does the storage matter for each differen't type too? I'm sure there are other threads covering this but couldn't find them and want a quick response, thanks.
 
If it's GBL, storing it in a cool dark place is easily good enough. I used to keep mine under my sink, haha. You need to be careful what type of plastic bottle you are storing it in, as it melts some types of plastic, and you end up with dissolved plastic in with your GBL.. not very good for you. HDPE (high density polyethylene) is the way forwards.

I'm not sure about GHB I'm afraid.

Make sure you know which one it is before you ingest it, you need drastically different doses, and GBL has a much steeper dose-response curve. 0.3ml above my usual dose used to knock me out..
 
you don't know if it's GBL or GHB....

the two are completely different chemicals. GBL is a SOLVENT and will tear ass through most plastics, tho not all. GHB is a lot more stable, being as it's a salt. when you consume it, is it salty as all hell? that's how you'd know if it were GHB, or 1.4B, if i recall. That being said, i think what you're doing is fine. Light and heat are what break down chemicals. Keeping them away from air helps, too, but probably not an issue with these particular ones.
 
Thanks for the replies, I was just not sure if it were to go off or something. I actually read something about it being stored in certain plastics and it may be stored in the correct type but I will investigate what it actually is, my question was just a quick one just to make sure it didn't get ruined. Anyway just another quick question, can someone please link me to the comprehensive thread about GHB/GBL/1,4B as the search function does not seem to be working for some reason, thanks!
 
I can't seem to find the mega thread, which was super specific on GHB/GBL/1,4B any help in finding it would be much appreciated!
