I find I can't take MDMA anymore as I just get completely scattered immediately with a brain burn and generally shaky eyes etc like I am quite high.

I find mephedrone and methylone I can however take without a harsh comedown etc however if I do one of my normal doses (~150mg snorted, 150 bombed) which I realise is a lot but I seem to have some kind of natural tolerance even with a year break I have always required this much.

Anyway during the peak I have a great high, no anxiety, just the scattered eyes and poor coordination. Is there anything that helps limit this apart from obviously just taking less?

I am fit and healthy, work out 4-5x a week, take vitamins and have an awesome diet, take magnesium before after and during for jaw clamps etc. I get the feeling it might be more of a mood thing that a physiological thing, eg I can control the scatteredness to some extent.

Any tips? Apologies as this has been asked many times before, however almost every thread is talking about the comedown/next day. My scatteredness goes away after the peak and next day is ok just tired.

Cheers :)

Also apologies if this is the wrong forum.

Not really, aside from the obvious (reduce your dose). Nystagmus and motor incoordination is a pretty typical symptom of higher doses of MDMA-like monoamine releasers... If you are already taking vitamins/Mg etc you're doing the best you can.

Yeah I had clonidine ~150ug (alpha blocker) for the norepinephrine peripheral side effects, 1mg of xanax, some asprin (blood thinner) and a some vodka.

Comedown was done by 75mg of lyrica resulting in ~8 hours of not bad sleep, groggy the next day though.

I think you are right, this is the best I am going to get. The 12 month break (was on effexor until 2 months ago) meant first time was great albiet a bit scattered, but second time (1 month later) I had the same scatter with slightly worse side effects and less euphoria.

Think I will just continue to respect the drugs and stay away for as long as possible.

Thanks
