My worst routine would be the whole ritual of IV drug addiction and wanting to do nothing else but use IV opiates all day long.

This is exactly the way my relationship with plugging drugs has become. Everything about plugging is better. Better drug effects, better euphoria, more addiction. I literally became addicted to plugging instantly and I need to know how I can stop this immediately.

I only thought of plugging a week or less ago, but since then - I haven't taken any drug orally. It's all been rectal administration. I can't help but do it. I don't have a choice but to take my meds atm, but I need to stop rectal administration! Ever since I did it the first time, this entire week has been centered around drugs and how I can plug them. I need to stop this NOW before it becomes a real problem.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I have only one syringe atm and I just destroyed it and through it away. I guess that's step one. Thank god I can't get more. But how do I stop myself from then just sticking pills up my ass? Thanks guys it's really appreciated!

TDS is a better place to discuss drug use as sober living doesn't involve drugs

I think a person has to address the addiction.. the more powerful routs we move to, are the ones we will use.. once a person switches to plugging or once a person switches to IV then this is generally the way people need/want to use. Yes I know of a few who were able to switch back but Its a struggle.. When I first IV'd, I said it was just that one night.. yeah fucking right it just doesn't work that way.

Okay. I agree, I'm missing plugging right now. But I am stopping it. I know you said people "can't" but I can......and I did. I haven't plugged anything today. Granted, a 20MG Adderall now feels like 10MG's and 40MG's of Adderall now feels like 20.....but I guess I'll just have to let my tolerance drop again and get used to it...

Plugging is pretty damn inconvenient. IV use is actually easier(not that I'm suggesting that), but having to go stick things in yer bum isn't conducive to living a life.

I know what you guys are saying, the ROA itself becomes an addiction. Had a neighbor that snorted all sorts of pills. I got that way with oxycontin, swallowing lost it's appeal after insufflating. Glad you were able to stop Swampfox!

Very true. The ritual is a big part of it, especially as it increases immediate subjective effects.

To the OP, can you cut back enough just taking them orally to lower your tolerance again? It sounds like if you get out more or have something else to occupy you then you can push past the discomfort of switching back ROAs, since rectal admin is so inconvenient and you were only doing it for a week or two.

Lol... I never for the life of me understood the attraction of "plugging", especially when it's for drugs that wouldn't even make a difference.

Exactly, it's about the ritual. Hell, when I switched from IV to oral when I was quitting, I even ended up missing the ORAL "ritual". I would take Advil when I had a craving to take a pill because it would psychologically satisfy the ritualistic aspect of it. Rituals are a major part of drug use.

Yeah, I've had the same issue(s) at various times in my life with snorting, plugging and injecting. Removing the tool by which I fulfill my desires (oral syringe, regular syringe, etc) is usually a necessary first step for me. Without an oral syringe, it quickly becomes next to impossible to continue the habit... How close to that goal do you think you can come?

heh...sorry for an unhelpful aside, but if you ever go back to plugging, consider not reusing oral syringes...kinda gross (prepare in advanced?)?

ebola

Try plugging some 4-AcO-DMT and report back then what you think about this Route of Administration. I cannot imagine something more enjoyable than the pure, earth-shattering waves of bliss following the rectal administration of this very unique and outstanding compound.

What's the problem, if the syringe has been *properly* cleaned/disinfected afterwards? I mean those syringes are cheap as fuck, but i don't even see one single reason why one should not use a syringe again... at least in case of 'emergency' ;)
