what is this? i never had healthy lifestyle, between age 16-22 my life was permanent depression, malnutrition, lack of excersise and sunlight.

It sounds like you might have sleep apnea and heart arrythmia. Heart arrythmia is quite common in sleep apnea
Does it get worse whenever you do some type of activity during the day? A visit to the foctor with further testing will be the best way to confirm and the proper diagnosis.

My friend has this, go and see a sleep specialist. If you don't sleep with anyone, it's quite hard for someone to know when you are having an episode thus get treatment asap.

It's normal for the heart and breathing to slow down when you sleep. In some people it slows down considerably more than others. The deeper phases of sleep involve brain waves that really slow down the brain and thus the perception of time, which might make it seem like breathing has stopped at an unconscious level.

It's also possible you have a sleep apnea as has already been mentioned, especially if you're overweight or have any kind of sinus problems. Only way to know for sure though is to get a sleep test done, or have a really diligent sleeping partner who can listen to you when you sleep.

For what it's worth, if you go to sleep each night with the fear that you might stop breathing or your heart might stop, you're going to manifest a lot of fear in your unconscious which will cause you to wake.

I'd like to add, if you really have no one to watch you sleep or can't see a doctor for any reason, you could set up a video camera or sound recorder to see what really happens during your sleep.

It could be sleep apnea. Go to a doctor or medical professional. If you do have sleep apnea and need one of those machines you must use distilled water in it. Someone I know used tap water in their machine, and they got very sick from it with a bacterial infection.
