Opioids Stomach problems after cwe?

Someone who isn't me did their first cold water extraction. From what i'm told it looked correctly as the liquid was very clear and there was a large amount of powder in the filter (shirt) However now swim is experiencing what feels like his liver is bubbling. Swim admits to taking quercetin before his opiate session as well as antibiotics. The total amount of drug possible if swim didn't do a cwe would be 2925 mg apap, 420 mg codeine, and 10 mg hydrocodone.

Swim swears he got at least a gram of powder, most likely two off of the filter but liver bubbling is not a good sign. Is this a side effect of the drugs or just peristalsis and gas?

It could of been something you ate..

What is liver bubbling?? What you experienced could just be indigestion

........What?

First off, what pills did you CWE a combo of like T3 and Vicodin?

Secondly, to reitterate the post above me, what is the sensation you're talking about? Liver bubbling? Your stomach is right under your liver, im sure it's just that.

Lastly, you said the absolute worst case scenario was less than 3g APAP? That much at a time can cause damage even in some rare cases liver failure but it's very rare.

As for the bubbling you're feeling, your liver turns codeine into morphine, maybe it's just that process that you're feeling....somehow?

Overdose?? no

When you OD on opiates.. having gas is the last thing you'll experience

Oh and since you're new.. we don't use the SWIM here.. it doesn't hide anything

If I had done that it would surely ruin my reputation, no? To clear up confusion I am told that the person listed above used 7 tylenol #4's and 2 hydrocodone pills. Their main concern is the amount of apap that might have been consumed as they also took cough syrup with small amounts of alcohol in it. Could the gastrointestinal discomfort be related to the large amount of apap possibly consumed with small amounts of alcohol?

^ It's the cough syrup. How much did he take? I always get an upset stomach from cough syrup and very weird sensations in my stomach.

You said it had alcohol in it so I am assuming it was consumed for the DXM, however if there was any APAP in it then that's another story.

Possibly...

ime, sometimes the sugars in the syrup can cause some gastro discomfort. Mainly from the Sorbitol or mannitol in there, they are used sometimes as laxatives.. So mixing a lax with a opiate will cause some discomfort

He took two teaspoonsful of maximum strength tussin, so only about 30 mg dxm. To his knowledge there were no other decongestants in there. Thanks for the help he appreciates it

Upset stomach is a very common side effect of Codeine/Morphine. I used to get it all the time when I started using Codeine, and still do from time to time if I get high enough on Morphine. It's also a symptom of being allergic to Codeine, so if you have never done it before that could also be it.

I wouldn't worry at all. 2925mg of APAP (as long as you're not doing it all the time) isn't going to do any harm. And unless you totally botched the CWE (which obviously you didn't since you said you have a lot of powder left in the filter) you'll have a lot less than that. It doesn't start getting dicey until you do around 4000mg, and liver failure shouldn't occur until about 10,000mg. This is again assuming that you don't do this very often at, and don't drink a lot of alcohol.
