stomach pains with hydromorphone?

Opiates in general cause the digestive tract to slow, and cause water to be taken up into the tissue, causeing things to get a bit dryer of course, which can cause pain as they are less pliable if you know what i mean, but in general as well, opiates are non toxic and dont harm any part of the body, that isnt something i have heard of really past the constipation they can cause, so i would have it checked out with a doc.

For making the weeknights interesting... But it comes from a foaf has cron's (sp) disease.
I wonder if it isn't her bladder becomming too dry and rubbing together. Or kidney pain. Dehydration can cause both I think, although I never have any trouble but she is small ~110lbs, smokes, and not as healthy as me. She says the stomach pains aren't like pms cramp or constipation pain. It seems her pain is pretty proportionate to the amount we do although it can be worse or not so bad for no apparent reason - which makes me think it's probally dependent on how hydrated she is before we do it.
 
It's not really that uncommon among females for some reason - it's not nausea, but actually cramps/aches/pains with higher doses of strong narcotics...
I would cut her dose down, make sure she drinks lots of fluids (as other said) ... a glass of milk can also help I have found..
How are you taking the Dilly's? You *ARE* shooting them IV, right? I would hate to hear of a case of drug abuse, such as snorting or eating them...

When I shoot hydromorphone, I get pains all over. Its such an intense rush, I love it. Especially that feeling of some invisible force pushing on my shoulders. Oh how I wish I had some right now!

In the original post, it said she was muscling them. The only pain you would get from snorting them would be sinus pain.
 
"muscling" = I take it you mean IM injections? Kind of a waste if ya ask me... but in all instances of the "opiate cramps", it usually lessens over time/with continued use .... now keep on injecting and eventually you won't get these side effects!

IM seems to be a lot more bang for the buck as far as duration goes. IV is just smack on your ass for 30 seconds then only a tinge of it is left. IM is a good 30 minutes of relaxation. Although we boost the IM with IV, usually we do 4-6 mg IM and 3 x 1-2 mg IV over the course of an evening. We get the 8mg heart shape instant release pills.
I want my freinds to try it because it's such a nice buzz, but none of them will IM or IV and I'm not sure what the next best (or least worst) method of ingestion would be?? Suppository? Snorting seems pathetically weak...
 
Next to banging them, then you get your best high from just eating them.. tell your friend that Dilaudid is a very potent drug when injected, however, if you take them any other way, it may seem like a waste of money... in this area a 4mg tabs can easily bring $25, but if you don't IV it, you're better off investing in hydrocodone or something...
