This is just a general question kind of but What are some good supplements (or anything) that are good for your stomach/digestive system.?

Eat living animals it releases their life force into your digestive tract, at which point it is converted to ATP = power for major stomach healing

Raw vegetables, as opposed to animal protein, is the way to a clean, healthy digestive system. Any time you consume meats, make sure you balance them out not with breads, but with the proper veggies (broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts). Problems arise when you combine bread (especially white, which you should really eliminate completely) with meat, as they require different digestive enzymes. For optimal health, don't concentrate so much on the stomach as on what surrounds it - pancreas and liver. Digestive bitters and Milk Thistle are good supplements to look into.

I've just pretty much been eating these Yo+ yogurt things and also then Danon Probiotec drinks that are really small like 3oz. each...

Yeah, I too make sure to have yogurt on a daily basis. I exclusively get the real natural stuff with all the necessary cultures etc. Also, as someone else suggested I'd recommend lots of raw veggies throughout the day.

Well i drink those V8 Fusion drinks that say they have a full serving of veggies (and a full serving of fruit) so would drinking these count as my veggie consumption? or do you get something out of raw veggies that you wouldn't get out of one of those V8 drinks??

You "May" be getting the vitamins and minerals from the fruits but you may not be getting the fibres etc - also if you actually eat the vegetables as part of your diet you can replace some of the not so healthy options.

Fermented foods (kimchi, sour pickles, sauerkraut, yogurt) and drinks (kombucha, buttermilk) are excellent for stomach/digestive health due to the presence of Lactobacillus bacteria which aid in digestion. Raw honey is also quite good for this as it contains many active enzymes.
