Stomach bloody hurts

Probably an obvious and stupid post but here goes:

Decided to try a large polydrug combo today,

Note: Never had DXM before

10am: 5mg Diazepam

1pm: 200mg Dihydrocodeine

1.30pm: 150mg DXM, since then my stomach has been in agony, wasnt sure whether or not this was a DXM side effect as I do not know much about the drug. I do know it was a low dose I had.

Also being my adventurous, eager to get off my head self took 250mg codeine after.

But, just wondering about the DXM, is it meant to be unpleasant on the stomach??

Also how long does it take to kick in and what kind of side effects would I expect from such a small dose??

Not really feeling anything atm except stomach pains.

Its prolly just gas ha

Dxm is known to make you gassy but i cant see, especially at that dose, it messing with your stomach at all
