Stimulants Stinky Crystals?

I've often ended up at Bluelight when looking for information on the "forbidden" topics of recreational drug use.. and I hope the Bluelighters can help me out here.

SWIM picked up 1/2 g of some Ice. They bag has a strange odor.. it smells like dirty sweaty feet x10. It melts, and recrystallizes as normal. Smoke (vapor) smells as horrible as the sack does.. and it seems like the substance when liquid, follows the heat up the side of the bowl.

SWIM has already smoked two bowls.. but is starting to wonder.

Can anyone provide some insight here? Is this normal?


P.S. Sorry if this is the wrong section mods... I'm a newb to the forums.
 
maybe your dealer stores his shit in his socks and rarely showers? sorry I don't have any useful info but God damn that sounds nasty. does the nasty foot flavor linger in your mouth afterwards?

I'm one to talk tho. as long as it was good shit I'd still probably shoot dope if it had some weird smell like that.... then I'd probably taste it in the back of my throat.... ewwweww...
 
It could be residual funk from the synth or it could be from where he had it stored

who knows.. why not just ask your guy why it smells like that?
 
Why has nobody told this wanker not to use "Swim" yet. We all know its you that you're talking about, "swim" will not save you in court if you are stupid enough to get this used as evidence somehow anyway, and most importantly its against bluelight rules.


Also, sounds like its not meth at all. (unless above post isn't sarcasm, in which case GTFO for calling heroin ice)

You say you smoked a few hits and don't feel anything?

Please stop smoking it before your lungs melt or some shit. Doesn't sound right at all. And the "liquid looking like it follows the smoke up" probably means there are some seriously harmful fumes coming off that shit. as well as the fact that i am pretty sure (and incorectly so, thanks for clarification) meth isnt supposed to recrystallize... Seriously this is drug using it isn't solving the unified field theory... stop smoking it you got screwed over. Shit happens.

good ice is supposed to recrystalize. the faster it turns solid after the heat is removed, the purer it is

Thanks for the clarification. From OP it sounded like it wasn't supposed to. Or maybe hes never gotten good ice?


Either way, doesn't sound very good to me. I wouldn't risk smoking it..

No the taste doesn't linger, can't even taste the smell, if that makes sense..

It seems ok I guess.. maybe a fucked up synth. I was just curious what could give it such a pungent odor.
 
On another note, as far as risking smoking it goes.. probably no more risk than regular shit. The ingredients of the shit are essentially a chemical stew.

On another note, not my drug of choice. I honestly prefer chronic, maybe an adderal every now and then, which doesn't carry much risk in my opinion, since elementary school kids take like 2 or 3 a day. Just can't partake in the herb right now due to job search =(

Sorry if i offended you. (serious not being sarcastic) but don't take such offense. I used the term wanker because i think its funny, I explained why we don't allow swim because if i hadn't you would of asked why anyway, i said IF the above isn't sarcasm then GTFO, which it was, which means disregard the GTFO part because its harsh but had you're post not been sarcasm it would have been warranted, and regardless of the recrystalization, i still stand by the last part. If it smells terribly abnormal and just doesn't seem right in a few other ways, i would stay away from it. Didn't mean to be rude with the theoretical physics comment either, just seems obvious to me.

Bickering aside, it is slightly naive to say meth is meth is meth. There are many ways of making it, and the "nasty" shit comes through A, not have the right process, B, using ingredients for one chemical when they contain many, and C, sucking at chemistry. Plus, the smell and other abnormalities could be coming from a nasty cutting agent regardless.


Also i didn't mean to sound like i was trying to do nothing more than make people look stupid, far from it considering anything i may know on the subject is from what i have read. Meth is one of the few drugs i have not learned about via experience.

Oh yeah, also, if you are referring to coke, *generally* chronic refers to pot with coke on it. If thats what you meant by it then awesome, just couldn't tell. Either way i am not saying you're wrong, just giving you the heads up.

I see you're in/near jersey, and Id just like to clarify a little as well.

On the east coast, chronic matches your description.. in the south/west coast it refers to dro, nugget, kine bud, whatever you call high grade pot there. The shit without seeds and trash that gets you baked in about 3 or 4 hits is what we call chronic here.

On another note, you don't want to find out about meth from experience.. it really is horrible shit.
 
Your crystal is probably just got some chemical redidue left over from the synth. You can always put your dope in a glass dish and add a little acetone and evaporate that acetone off well and it should take any smells away,although you gotta be careful to vap the acetone off and let the meth recrytalize before smoking ..lol..acetone is not good to inhale if it's still has resiude of it on the dope,but this is a common "washing" method for crystal meth ,but if you are a small time buyer /user then you probably should not even bother with the acetone wash..
 
I've had high-grade meth that smelled like bad pussy...honestly it smelled like straight up CUNT (pardon my language). But it was ice, and it smoked and cooked down exactly the way it was supposed to. I found smoking it a little harsh (Which it shouldn't be--so the funk could be from some leftover chemical from the synth).
Adding about 1/8 of a gram to 1cc of water and heating well, then drawing up and shooting worked way better. It was some of the best dope I've had in years, AND THE STINKIEST!!

Alright cool, and yeah i don't plan on learning of meth from experience. However im 33 days clean so hopefully i only ever experience pot and psychs again, if i succeed in my goals i will never use a hard drug again at all much less meth. Oh yeah, good pot here is referred to as headies, always interesting to learn about another regions lingo though. Especially since ill be living near there, in northern california within a couple months.
 
Hi Potz. Welcome to Bluelight. I take it you are in California too? I did not have any idea that they are smoking a totally different animal called "Chronic" in the east. Learn something new every day.
Last time I bought ice it stunk. I snort tho... I loved to snort oxys too when they were how they were, and I snort ice. I am one of those people who is too afraid of needles to use a needle. Plus I have this really STUPID idea in the back of my mind that as long as I'm not using a needle, I'm not a serious drug user. I know, I know. SO lame.

Since I railed that last stuff, I REALLY was affected by the stink, but the ice did not burn quite so bad and the high was looooonnnnngggg. A full day and a full night of awake alert uglyness instead of the usual snoring ugly that is me. I hope to get more this weekend.

Anyway, the people I was chilling with, we had gone and pickup up together and went back to their house to use, and as soon as we opened our sak, we all screwed up our faces and one of us said, "Oh wow it's that stinky stuff!" They have both used longer than I have and said sometimes ice is stinky. They don't know why, and I don't know why, but since you seem to be on the west coast, perhaps we have the same provider somewhere up the meth chain.

I no exactly wat ur talkin about I'm from Australia I find every time I get crystal like this it's not the best I think its solvents or sum sort of cut, in my town it's some times referred to as burnable speed witch is just ice cut with msm anyways hope I helped ya out abit
 
Hi my buddy called me a few minutes ago and told me that he had bought some clear and was smoking it and ran into something he has never seen before...when he melted it and it recrystallised most of it was normal but after every hit recrystallised there was spots that looked like salt but almost and kept coming back he says there is no different taste but some hits he feels like he gets a lot but nothing blows out I know its very low quality shit but I was wondering if anyone could help my buddy find out what this stuff is cause he has never seen it before
