Hi!
I'm on Venlafaxine (225mg/d) and Amisulpride (200mg/d) (and 3200-5000mg/d Piracetam) because of depression and (only negative symptoms of) schizophrenia.
Will there be an interaction between N and D releasing agents or reuptake inhibitos like Methylphenidate? I don't worry much about the Amisul. because it doesn't affect the D receptors that much at this dosage (right? at least no real blocking and not much more activity...), but i worry about the NRI-properies of Venla., since it increases my tolerance to N release. The GHB and S receptors should'nt (affected by both drugs respectively) be an issue here, right?
Is there less recreational potential in stimulants (NDRIs and NDRAs) if i continue to take my medication?
The Piracetam has only a slight potentiation effect - if any...?
Thanks for any advise!
