Ok guys so i just want this cleared up , even though i have never had a seizure before. I basically have a phobia of them, like the idea of it seriously trips me the fuck out. Anyways as we all know stim's reduce your seizure threshold. But Is it possible to be taking like a medium dose of a stimulant, nothing too crazy and still have a seizure even if you've never had one? I'm pretty sure im just paranoid but sometimes when im doing blow or now meth the thought often comes in my head and makes me anxious. What are the signs you look out for before you seiz, would it just happen or would your body start shaking and giving signs of it. Someone clear this up for me please, iv done a good amount of stimulants with out anything really bad happening just anxiety.

Unless you have a predisposition for seizures, doing moderate doses of stimulants shouldn't cause any problems...

It's hard to tell for sure though, some stimulants (for example: Wellbutrin) lower the threshold a lot more than others.

If you are not known to be epileptic or have psychogenic seizures, and are not taking any other drugs that lower the seizure threshold, I would not worry about them. Seizures can come in various forms, and are not all cut and dry. Usually there is a very brief period that occurs right before an epileptic seizure in which one has a very bad feeling, an impending sense of doom. Conciousness is usually lost right after, the convulsions begin, and then you eventually wake from a groggy state not unlike waking up from anaesthesia. After a seizure one is usually confused and disoriented. Not all seizures behave like this, but this would be about how a tonic-clonic seizure would work. You asked, so I answered on how a seizure might work, but really DON'T worry unless your seizure threshold is low to begin with. Amphetamines and cocaine can cause tremor and anxiety themselves, so I can see how the fear could be there, but a seizure would be very unlikely.

^Like he said. Your chances of seizure on a moderate dose are slim to none if you do not have a medical condition.
