Misc STIMULANT USE: Staying in TIP top condition. TIPS: Prevent Addiction/Tolerance+BEST

Being such a fucking opiate junky I just can't relate to stimulant addiction (not trying to downplay it). I've binged on heavy opiate/benzo doses of various verities and ROAs, and they all took over my life. Opiates > Me. As far as stimulant addiction, I just can't wrap my brain around it. I once took a 9 month daily binge on crystal meth, to the point where I was smoking easily >gram a day before I decided to quit. And the kick was pretty fuckin easy, besides the lethargy and general disinterest in life (I know you know what I mean)... kicking the crys was almost a high in itself, though. Food tastes amazing, you sleep great, you feel cleaner, etc.

And yes, Captain.Heroin is correct. Doing quality stimulants, especially of the amphetamine variety, will be best experienced when you have something to accomplish. I like to clean my house, or ideally, going to work to rake in the fuckin tips when I'm spun. I'm such an introverted junky, but people seem to love my spun side. The quality crys pumps me up with confidence, w/o turning me into a tweaker.

Well, I think Benzedrex can be great. Lets say you have a person that is on the go and needs it in serve cases such as giving speeches, etc.
Weather you're a spokesman, marketer, business man, studying, designer, etc some jobs may require a bit more of motivation at some times in life.

TIPS:
  • - Do not take it every day. Take a break at least 1-2 days a week.
  • - SLEEP. (If you're sleep deprived it will not work and will only cause paranoia, freaking out, etc.)
  • - Keep you're diet and water intake good. If you're not hungry make a smoothie (banana, peanut butter, milk, blueberries, yoghourt)
  • - Make sure you get enough vitamins and minerals from fruit, veg, fish, nuts, whole grains & milk. Also drink enough water each day.
  • - Do NOT use with any other drugs. Even caffeine. IT IS NOT WORTH IT and it would most likely cause problems.
  • - Keep stress levels down (chronic extreme stress is related to addiction, and chronic stress may be one of the causes for addiction)CRF Hormone
  • - Do not use too much & respect it.
  • - Each time you use it, do something to benefit you're body(any time) (eat an extra piece of fruit or fish)/go to bed 30 minutes earlier/meditate for 30 minutes

Basically:

Don't use too much, if you are do something beneficial to your body
Don't use other drugs
Eat a proper diet
Get adaquate sleep
Stay away from stress

Honestly, these tweaked out random stim threads that most of which make zero sense, are getting very tiresome.

Chill out and stop making threads for the sake of making them.

I beg to differ. I am very fond of phet (too fond, I occasionally think) and I find these discussions very useful. I like reading about the experiences of others who have been or are in the same place as me. I know they might seem seem a bit repetitive but that's the advantage of having no short term memory :)

I used meth for a decade. Even on heavy binges, I never suffered through a come down, in so long as I ate 2000 cal/day (I was underweight.), and drank plenty of fluids. The comedowns were sometimes enjoyable; i felt dopey and blissfully unaware of my surroundings. On the other hand, Cocaine's comedown was unavoidably depressing and alcohol or benzos were my only god. So, I think it largely depends on which stimulant you're taking.

I feel like threads where the OP is asking Bluelight "why do I feel this way...", then lists very normal symptoms in scatter brained paragraphs is just the OP making a thread for the fun of making a thread. Bluelight is not livejournal. I think the OP is smart enough to know what they're exhibiting is normal.

The mods managed to save the thread by changing the title and direction of the thread.
