Hey sorry if these are stupid questions but here they are. (I need to give a little background info to get to my question)

Im a former user of stims such as E and coke. I used quite alot about 4 years ago before i quit all drugs except weed. Last year I got heavy into coffee (5-8 cups a day) and all was fine until a few months ago. Then out of no where I drink one diet coke one day and go into what felt like a psychosis. I shrugged it off as paranoia but it keeps happening. I have even taken some time off the caffeine, but anytime i ingest any i go crazy and get sick. I have fibromyalgia(recent dx) and neuropathic pain issues. Any ideas why caffeine would do this and will it go away???? i love my black coffee. The same thing is happening with pot. I went from 5gs a day to cold turkey in Oct 2011 and now i cant smoke without thinking i need to go the ER. Any ideas if this may go away with time??

Also if i am sensitive to caffeine. Harder Stims like blow is a stupid idea correct...?? drugs make life interesting. I just want to be able to atleast drink a damn coffee and smoke a joint.

sigh, thanks for any serious replies.

It's very possible that your history of stimulant use has altered your brain chemistry in a way that just doesn't jive with what you want to be doing.

Sorry that I don't have a more concrete answer, but cocaine and MDMA do quite a bit of receptor modification / damage, especially abusing them.
