stimulant come down

So I took 125mg of a stimulant over a couple hours last night. Two doses within an hour one a few hours before. From the first dose that I took I realized after a few hours I was still clenching my jaw. Now 9 hours after my last dose I'm still clenching badly. I even took some etizolam liquid to help with my come down. No bad reactions other then the jaw clenching. Does anyone have any reccomendations on how to elivate this?

What mg of magnesium did you take? That's pretty much always what it is, eat a good few hundred mg

One pill so I'm guessing like 100-200mg

Yeah I mean you could probably eat more, just try and catch yourself when your chomping away, I used to have that problem baadd, but It doesn't happen anymore, just remind yourself, the more you grind, the more it's gunna hurt when you comedown

Nah I just don't normally use stimulants. Didn't know how it'd affect me

Benzos are great. Get some nutrients & hydration.
