Stimulants Stimulant alternatives?

So I live in pakistan and due to a law passed by the govt it’s next to impossible to get ANY stimulant here. Ritalin, Adderall, modafinil, vyvanse the whole lot you just cannot find them even if you SOMEHOW get a prescription no pharmacy has them. This sucks because I’ve read a lot of threads about stims and they seem exactly like my kind of drug. I’m also a big fan of pregabalin I love how social and energetic it makes me feel along with the mild euphoria. Pseudoephederine is available here at around 120mg pseudo and 5mg loratadine but I’ve also heard pseudo is junk so I’m not taking anything without confronting anyone who has experience

What are some medications which produce effects like stimulants that might be available here?

Maybe you could grow ephedra? Yohimbe? They’re all pretty shit in my opinion, but some people respond to them well. Pseudoephedrine is not recreational. Is Khat legal there? Maybe kola nut? I’d don’t like plant stims (except caffeine) much bc they’re too weak, with too many side effects, but maybe you will.

You can get speedy effects from pseudo but it's not euphoric and is a "dirty" high. If it's mixed with that antihistamine, that would be even worse.

But if you're a chemist and you have access to the other necessary ingredients, you could make methamphetamine.

Legal around the Horn of Africa and other parts, fresh Khat leaves are chewed in similar way as Coca leaves a pouch bundle in the cheek, little lime ……the natural alkaloids absorb through the cheek and into the bloodstream

Khat (Cathinone) is a monoamine releasing agent similar to the Amphetamines cause euphoric mood-boosting / antidepressant properties, stimulating, pro social, dopaminergic stimulant


In the legal pharmaceutical route…..you’d be better off enquiring about Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) as it must be taken orally and has rate limited transformation into the API being dextro-amphetamine. A doctor could be more willing to write a prescription over regular Dexedrine/Ritalin/Adderall due to abuse potential

Vyvanse 20mg is equal to 5.9mg active d-Amph (3 hours to peak / onset of action) lasting 8-10 hours

Vyvanse 50mg capsules = 15mg of d-Amph

What about kanna? Gives a stimulant mdma rush while relaxing you afterwards , or green white vein kratom ? They work very good for ADHD I’ve found I’m in the spectrum of ADHD and kratom or weed works better for me than aderall let’s say aderall it’s more recreational to me

There is nothing good OTC in pharmacies that is also a stimulant, sorry. Not even here in Europe there is.

Or methcathinone, which is easier to do (just an oxidation).

Dynamine (Methylliberine) can be okay if you mix it with caffeine.
Otherwise....uhh, exercise + workout supplements go pretty well I.m.e

A 1:1 mix of Hordenine and Phenethylamine is active for me from 500mg (so 250mg+250mg) and 1500mg is the highest I would go.
These are sold as supplements and do not require a prescription in most countries but not sure about yours.
